In my opinion, I like how chapter nine discusses the peer review. Although it is stated in the name “PEER” review, it is important to realize that your friends are a great resource. When I read this I immediately thought that not only is this a viable option for reviewing papers, but honestly the best one. I believe that your friends, the ones that think like you, are your age, have similar things going on in their lives, and most importantly are probably in the same class as you, can give you the best advice. In a way, it is like two of you working on your own paper. I say that peer reviews could possibly be better than a teacher reviewing it because, the teacher is most likely more sophisticated and will try to change your style of writing to better suit their wants. Your peers could care less about grammar and technique, which is why I think they would be better at solely providing fresh and good ideas.
