This is a video about the football referees, that don't know what call to make. They all are hesitant to make a call that could hinder their fantasy teams. in other words, the refs are all playing against each other and bet on the game and obviously don't want to lose.

Mat said heroin is probably too much for him and wouldn’t like that "egg," but other drugs are still okay
